Our Mission is: partnering to build strong communities by strengthening families. That mission is guided by the belief that every family has strengths, and all families need support sometimes. Compass partners with families in Sheridan and Johnson Counties through programs that strengthen relationships, reduce stress, increase stability, and help children and families move forward. Our work includes parent support in local schools, CASA advocacy for children involved in abuse and neglect cases, supervised visitation and safe exchanges, and parenting classes that help caregivers build confidence and connection.

Our work is grounded in prevention, partnership, and the belief that families don't need to be perfect to be strong, they just need support, connection, and a community that believes in them.
