Sarah Sexton

Sarah is a resident of Buffalo, Wyoming. As a transplanted Oregonian, she loves how quiet, kind, and supportive Buffalo has been to her and her family. With a bachelor's degree in psychology from Western Oregon University and a certificate in substance use disorder counseling from Montana State University. Sarah has a thorough understanding and awareness of how to professionally and genuinely support people who are in an active crisis.  She is also an ardent advocate for accessibility improvements in the city of Buffalo; she helps advise WyDOT on how to make the street crossings and sidewalks ADA compliant and therefore safer and truly accessible for all the people of Buffalo.  Serving on the Montgomery Trust Fund Board, a funding organization to help those who are blind or have low vision, helps Sarah to give back to the agencies that have been so supportive and helpful to her.

Sarah lives with her husband Zac and her six year old son, Kieran.  In her free time, she likes to garden, swim, and bake. Please reach out to Sarah if you live in Johnson or Big Horn county and are in need of urgent stabilization for food, utilities, or housing.
