IMPACT REPORT 2022/2023
I am pleased to present the annual report of Compass Center for Families for Fiscal Year 2023. As Executive Director, it is a privilege to support the Board of Directors, our dedicated staff, and the volunteers of Compass Center for Families. These individuals live our mission, partnering to build strong communities by strengthening families, each and every day. I also want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the donors, businesses, faith-based organizations, fellow non-profit agencies, and individuals whose partnership makes the work we do possible. This past year has been a testament to the resilience of the communities we serve. Wyoming is known for its unique kind of strength, one that is grounded in our strong sense of community. In small towns and close-knit neighborhoods, we come together to support one another in times of need. As you will read in this report, your belief in our mission and your generosity have made a profound impact in the lives of children and families. Because of your partnership, we were able to reach and support over 1,400 families during the last year in Sheridan and Johnson Counties. Here is a snapshot of the impact over the past year:
As we move into the coming year, we recognize the persistent challenges that families—and, by extension, our communities—continue to face. These challenges are complex, and they won’t be resolved overnight. Nevertheless, our dedication and commitment to the children and families we serve remains resolute, anchored in our unwavering mission. You play a vital role in that mission. With your support, we will continue to provide essential services that strengthen families and build strong communities. Together we can make a difference, one family at a time.
