Valerie Spanos
Valerie Laya Spanos is a small business owner, helping fellow entrepreneurs, non-profits, and small organizations to operate more efficiently through thoughtful organization, improving financial processes and implementation of their strategic plan. Born and raised in Sheridan, Wyoming, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in Communications, and an MBA through Western Governors University. Valerie has extensive experience with Quickbooks®, social media marketing, E-commerce, human resources and grant writing, offering this knowledge to assist the incredible staff in the Compass organization. Valerie and her husband Jim have lived in Johnson County since 1989. They have three adult children and three grandchildren. They enjoy gardening and travel.Return To Board Directors
