| Shannon Sickler Shannon Sickler has been working for Compass Center for Families since June of 2013. Shannon began as a visitation supervisor and later moved into the role of Visitation Program Manager/Johnson County office manager. In 2016, Shannon became a certified mediation specialist through the Florida Family Association of Mediation Specialists. She helps never-married couples create a co-parenting custody plan for their children when the adult relationship ends. In 2020, Shannon was selected to serve on the Supervised Visitation Network (SVN) National Board of Directors informing supervised visitation programming and policy on the national level. Shannon is passionate about helping families succeed in their parenting/co-parenting journeys. She has three boys and two beautiful grandchildren. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family camping, fishing or traveling. |
