Ryan Charest

Ryan moved to Sheridan in 2013 and has served as a pastor at Real Life Church.  During his time here in Sheridan he has had a growing desire to serve families in our community through practical ways which lead to him joining Compass and the Project Thrive Program in February of 2022.  Ryan’s degree in Youth Ministry and being certified as Life Coach fits perfectly into his role here at Compass that helps people identify and accomplish goals in their lives.  Ryan thoroughly enjoys getting to know people and loves building relationships with them through hearing their story.  Ryan and his wife have 3 kids which are all involved with track and field.  As a family, they enjoy playing board games, fishing, church camp and giving each other a hard time.  You can often find Ryan enjoying an episode of the “Big Bang Theory” or watching an Oakland A’s baseball game.
