Traci Brown

Traci E. Brown is the founder and principal consultant at TEB Consulting, LLC.

Traci spent the majority of her professional career with the Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held HR roles of increasing responsibility, including several international HR assignments.  In her last role with the organization, she oversaw training, talent acquisition, people development and change management for a division of over 1200 global employees at Hill's Pet Nutrition, Inc.

In 2017, Traci launched TEB Consulting, LLC allowing her to further utilize her HR and leadership skills to help non-profit organizations and businesses with their unique needs. In her consulting capacity, Traci has helped various clients, both large and small, with executive recruiting and coaching, HR start-up operations, HR policy work, employee training and development, employee relations issues and investigations, recruitment activities, and has held interim HR Director roles in a manufacturing facility and a community health care clinic.

​Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is an active member of the Big Horn Mountain Chapter of SHRM. 

She has previously served on the board of directors of the Jayhawk Chapter of SHRM, The Lawrence Rotary Club and SLI, a not-for-profit supporting the efforts of individuals living with intellectual/developmental disabilities by promoting Success, Learning, & Inclusion based in Topeka, KS. And she now proudly serves on the board of directors of Compass Center for Families.

​​In her free time, Traci enjoys spending time in the Big Horn Mountains, walking, hiking, paddleboarding, teaching cycling classes at the Sheridan County YMCA, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends.
